Our return & exchange policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.  As stated in our name you are a KINGDOM AMBASSADOR and we want you to own your royalty!

In the event that you discover a need to consider refunds & returns, we want it to be followed by a positive unforgettable experience.  We begin that experience by saying "Thank you for being an outstanding member of our Kingdom Ambassador family"!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would like to turn your frown upside down as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your business and will gladly provide a store credit or exchange.  

All returns and exchanges should be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.  Online purchases are eligible for an online store credit or exchange.

Any claims of misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product as been received. Again, thank you and we hope that even in if you find your self in need to exercise this policy, we hope that your experience is so stellar that you are even more encouraged to SHOW IT | WEAR IT| LIVE IT.

Due to Covid-19 orders may encounter shipping delays.  Our first-class team considers it an honor to serve you with excellence from product creation to point of delivery.  After receiving your order, our fulfillment team strives to have your order shipped within 7 to 10 business days.  We have also kept you in mind with the added bonus of FREE shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $75 or more.  Please Note: Orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days!  

We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. Boxes​

From the moment you complete your order, we will estimate shipping & delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select.

to initiate our lost package research.  Please allow 7-14 business days for us to complete this process and provide a solution. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.  Claims considered an error on our part are covered at our expense.
